Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange for a different size or item, subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Exchange

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Credit Notes
If the desired item or size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned item. Credit notes are valid for up to one year from the issue date and can be used in-store or online.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Final sale items, underwear, earrings, swimwear.
